Meditation and Visualization
“Like the Body needs Sleep, Daily stress and anxiety are enhanced by the minds tendency to focus incessantly on the past or the future, or to be filled with endless and meaningless chatter. The result is worry, stress, anxiety, physical tension and illness. A happy person is often one who has clarity and peace of mind, is rested and refreshed. With Meditation and Visualization you will learn how to train the mind to be focused on the present moment thereby reducing the mind chatter, stress and anxiety that comes along with it. Meditation and Visualization for RelaxationLearn how to relax the mind and progressively relax the body with breath work and visualization exercises. Each meditation session is individually designed for your specific needs and is recorded so you will be able to continue your practice at home.
4 weeks or sessions: Meditation and Visualization for Self Healing
Learn how to relax, harmonize and heal the mind, body and
spirit with the use of breath work, visualization, working
with the chakras (the body’s “energy system”), and by
rebalancing the diet. Again, each session is individually
designed for your specific needs and will be recorded so you
can continue your practice at home.
